    • Buzz Women in India and Gambia

      Buzz Women has been active in India since 2012. The team consists of at least 60 employees. With eight buses in their possession, they can reach hundreds of women in Karnataka, the province around Bangalore, on a daily basis. Buzz Women India is supported by renowned organisations like Citibank, Birla Group and Grameen Koota.

       

      Buzz Gambia kickstarted in 2018, and Fatou Cham was responsible for the first ‘Buzz’ that hit the African continent. In 2019 thousands of Gambian women are being trained. Buzz Green has also piloted in Gambia, this is a program that connects leadership with concrete actions against climate change.
